Pine Tree cottage is a heritage home that has been wonderfully renovated and beautifully decorated. It has rich birch hardwood flooring on the main floor and fir hardwood flooring upstairs. The cottage is close to tennis courts, a children's playground, ball field and basketball hoop.  It is only a 3-5 minute walk to the large public beach at the south end of Christina Lake. 

The living space is on two floors. The main floor is where the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and 2 bathrooms are located. On the main floor, there is also a large mud room area that is perfect for recreation gear. The second floor is where the 2 other bedrooms are located. 

This beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

 

Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes fridge, electric range, dishwasher coffee maker and all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The appliance room just off the kitchen is where the stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave are located.

The Dining Room is lovely. The living room features comfortable furniture and several windows with natural light streaming in.  The entertainment centre has satellite TV service, a VCR and a stereo system.

Pine Tree cottage has a large fenced yard with fruit trees and, of course, 
a large pine tree. There is a patio set with umbrella, a fire-pit and barbeque for  great outdoor living.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. The larger bedroom upstairs has a king size bed. The other one is perfect for children with a twin daybed on one side and a 3/4 bed on the other side. 

 

The master bedroom  (alias the Ikea room),  has a corner window and queen size bed...

The main bathroom is quite large and has a tub/shower, toilet and sink.

There is also a convenient powder room on the main floor with a sink and toilet.

The second bedroom upstairs has a comfortable king size bed, nice furniture and a window air conditioner.

The third bedroom located upstairs has a twin size day bed on one side and a double bed on the other side.
