Amazing Views

"Southern Comfort"  is a wonderful two story BC lake vacation home with four  bedrooms on two levels. The home is southern facing with incredible lake and mountain views. It is located in English Bay, renowned for great swimming and calm water for water sports. 

This property features 105' of lake frontage with two sandy beach areas, a wharf with a canopy cover to take a break from the hot summer sun, two levels of decks plus an outdoor patio for great outdoor living.

On sunny days right from May to October, the beach and wharf are hot ... just great for swimming and sun bathing. The home is shaded by trees and stays cooler. 

For crisp, cool spring and fall days, there is a great rock fireplace in the living room upstairs and a new wood burning stove in the living room of the lower level.

there are two nice sandy beach areas to enjoy. 

The upper floor of "Southern Comfort" is comfortable and modern. The main kitchen, living & dining room area, two bedrooms and a four piece bathroom are located in the upper floor.

The lower floor is decorated in great retro furniture and has a deck of it's own. There is a kitchenette area with a fridge, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, double sink, and some kitchen cabinets. There is also a sitting room area, two bedrooms, and a two piece bathroom on the lower floor.

 

The Kitchen

The kitchen is nice clean and bright and features a new fridge, stove and brand new dishwasher!	Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes microwave,  fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
The Dining Room The Dining Area is cozy and has great lake views. The Living Room

The living and dining room are open concept with sliding glass doors onto the upper deck. The living room has a great rock fireplace, satellite TV and a stereo. The living and dining room have spectacular views of the lake.

Upper Floor
Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Southern Comfort Vacation Home features 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom and the second bedroom are both convienently located on the main floor and both feature queen size beds. The lower floor also 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has a double twin bunk bed.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed and lovely views of the lake.   The Upper Floor Bathroom
The bathroom on the upper floor has a combination tub/shower,  sink, and toilet. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed.   Southern Comfort Lower Floor Lower Floor Kitchenette The convenient kitchenette area on the lower floor has a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.   The Dining Room on the lower floor. The Living Room on the lower floor. The lower floor living room features satellite TV  and wood burning stove. The lower floor living room also opens up onto a wonderful covered deck.
